Build test for MIPS architecture.

$ grep ^LIBTASN1_VERSION package/libtasn1/libtasn1.mk

$ file output/target/usr/bin/asn1Coding
output/target/usr/bin/asn1Coding: ELF 32-bit MSB executable, MIPS,
