I hesitated on the name of this option with WAF_OPTS but it wasn't great
ether... Ok for $(2)_BUILD_OPTS.

Ok, so I must use AUBIO_INSTALL_STAGING_OPTS = install --destdir=$$(STAGING_DIR)
--notests with your proposal.
