Buildroot is a simple tool for creating complete embedded Linux systems

Buildroot 2023.11.3 is released - Go download it at:

Buildroot 2023.11.3 is a bugfix release, fixing a number of important /
security related issues discovered since the 2023.11.2 release.

- Defconfigs: Starfive visionfive2: Use correct genimage configuration.

- Security fixes for bind, bitcoin, c-ares, clamav, dnsmasq, expat,
  ghostscript, gnupg2, go, iwd, libcoap, libcurl, libgit2,
  libmodsecurity, libopenssl, libuv, libxml2, lua-http, nodejs,
  postgresql, python-django, python3, shim, sudo, unbound, vim,
  webkitgtk, wpewebkit

- Fixes for download/compilation/runtime/license issues in botan,
  ccache, conmon, containerd, cvs, dash, docker-engine, dracut, ell,
  fluent-bit, freetype, gcc, gmp, google-breakpad, gst1-python,
  gst1-vaapi, libdnet, libheif, libkrb5, libnfs, libselinux, libunwind,
  liburing, libva, ltris, luvi, mmc-utils, nginx-naxsi, octave, openssh,
  openvmtools, parted, petitboot, php, poco, powertop, privoxy,
  pure-ftpd, putty, python-cheroot, python-configshell-fb,
  python-rtslib-fb, rauc-hawkbit-updater, redis, redis-plus-plus, rsync,
  s390-tools, sdl2, spice, spirv-tools, squid, strace, strongswan,
  systemd, targetcli-fb, uhd, util-linux, xvisor, zlib-ng

Users of the affected packages are strongly encouraged to upgrade.

Notice that the 2023.11.x series is now EOL, please migrate to 2024.02.x
instead which will be supported until April 2025.
