Yes, just like upstream does.

It's the same on my Debian machin:

dpkg -L lrzsz|grep bin
/usr/bin
/usr/bin/rx
/usr/bin/rz
/usr/bin/sz
/usr/bin/sx
/usr/bin/rb
/usr/bin/sb
