I'm getting the following error when I run "make":

I'm using a git clone: cd8ab1853d (HEAD -> latest-release, tag: 2019.08-rc3)
Update for 2019.08-rc3

Host is: Linux cca-erik 4.19.0-1-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 4.19.12-1 (2018-12-22)
x86_64 GNU/Linux
