Seems like the /usr/lib/systemd/system path also leaks:

making install in scrub
        MKDIR_P /usr/lib/udev/rules.d
       iMKDIR_P /usr/lib/systemd/system
/bin/mkdir: cannot create directory '/usr/lib/systemd/system': Permission
denied
