Properly enable readline, as below:

SQLITE_DEPENDENCIES += ncurses readline
- SQLITE_CONF_OPTS += --with-readline-inc="-I$(STAGING_DIR)/usr/include"
+ SQLITE_CONF_OPTS += --enable-readline

SQLITE_CONF_OPTS += --disable-readline
endif
