Hi,

For quite some time I've been meaning to write a proper manpage for cgroups.
I've gotten a start on it, but since I'm keeping it in github anyway and
going so slowly, I figure I should let people know I'm working on it, and
that contributions are appreciated :)

The tree is at git://github.com/hallyn/cgroup.man

I do think I'll find time in the next two weeks to fill a bunch more in, so
hopefully I can pass it over to Michael at or after linuxcon.
