Maybe show what it looks like to configure no fencing?  It's already shown
in the fenced man page, but I think here would be good, too.  i.e.

                 <fence>
                 </fence>
         </clusternode>

         <clusternode name="node2" nodeid="2">
                 <fence>
                 </fence>
         </clusternode>
