Convert the fs uses and misuses of seq_printf to void

These patches depend on https://lkml.org/lkml/2013/12/11/714

The seq_printf return should be ignored and the
seq_is_buf_full function should be tested instead.

Convert functions returning int to void where
seq_printf is used.
