FYI,

Mark is gathering, merging and maintaining all the patches related 
to linux containers in a quilt tree on called -lxc. It's based on
-mm and available here :

http://lxc.sourceforge.net/patches/2.6.23/2.6.23-rc4-mm1-lxc1/
