I'm disappearing off the net for two weeks as of Monday,
so I won't be merging any cpufreq patches. Given where we are
in the 2.6.18rc release cycle, things really should be slowing
down to almost a halt anyway, so anything exciting can wait
until I get back and 2.6.19. (There's a few things brewing,
Alexey's reworking of speedstep, and Rafael has some more
longhaul patches, but thats about it for now iirc).

If any 'must fix for .18' type patches turn up in the next two weeks,
posting them here as usual, and also Cc'ing Andrew is probably
the best way to make sure that happens.
