Okay I did some additional testing. With the cstate options from above I
experience the following result (NOK = NOT OK)
max_cstate = 2 = NOK
max_cstate = 1 = NOK (increased (!) value in powertop!)
I have created files with the cat /proc interupts.. command again and will
attach them in a minute.
