I am not that familiar with the whole concept, but it looks quite strange to me
how is it possible for a brand new *netbook* to have a CPU that does not
support frequency scaling ( It is speedstep capable according to the docs ).
Sad thing I never tried running windows on it so verify whether it works or
not. Either HP has failed really bad or I don't know...
