It's great that kernel bugzilla is back.

I will as soon as I get around to upgrading the kernel, which likely won't be
too soon, though--expect a month or two of latency ...

Get it.
As we will close the bug if we don't get response from the bug reporter for a
month, how about this? I'll close it for now, and you can reopen it once you
get chance to upgrade the kernel.

Reset it to whatever state it managed to survive the last two years in? =:-)

I've got no clue what makes sense as far as bugzilla is concerned, so do
