All Athlon64 do support C'n'Q.

I have 3000+ and my brother have 2800+. Both work with cpufreq without
any problems.
(I've even undervolted my C'n'Q :) )
Ofcorse, you should read your motherboard manual and search Internet a
little bit because some Socket 754 mobos does not support C'n'Q well if
they work with two memory modules.

C'n'Q = PowerNow! for AMD64
