OK. That's strange. It is 1,2GHz system. Can both ACPI p-states and "e_= powersaver" drivers be running at the same time? Can BIOS change processor frequenc= ies without Linux knowing and without p-states driver loaded? I can't test system in question. I will try to buy something similar to= test it.
