Some odd fixes for dmanegine which icludes couple fo driver fixes.

The following changes since commit e73f0f0ee7541171d89f2e2491130c7771ba58d3:

  Linux 5.14-rc1 (2021-07-11 15:07:40 -0700)

   sequence for MSIXPERM, array index and updating descriptor vector
 - usb-dmac, pm reference leak fix
 - xilinx_dma, read-after-free fix
 - uniphier-xdmac fix for using atomic readl_poll_timeout_atomic()
 - of-dma, router_xlate to return
 - imx-dma, generic dma fix
