A new DPDK release candidate is ready for testing:

There were several fixes and a lot of documentation updates.
This is the last release candidate.
It is time for last validations, and update of known issues
in the release notes.
We target the release on Tuesday 29th of May.

Please publish your roadmap for the next 18.08 release.
