[PATCH v4 04/11] doc: correct errors in Linux system requirements guide

Changes:
- Fix capitalization of IBM Advance Toolchain
- Remove double spaces before "support"
- Add missing preposition "in" and article "the"
- Fix hugetlbfs mount command syntax (add -o flag and device)
