[PATCH v5 12/54] doc: correct grammar and typos in meson build guide

Correct several documentation issues:
- Remove extra space after "libdpdk.pc"
- Replace awkward "can be got" with clearer alternatives
- Change typo "are passed used" to "are passed using"
