[PATCH v2] maintainers: update dts maintainer email

[Patrick Robb <patrickrobb1997@gmail.com>]

Patrick Robb will now make contributions to DTS
as an individual in his personal capcity. So,
updating his email in the MAINTAINERS file to
be his personal email.
