Hi all,

As you may already know, there is a page "News" on the web site.
The goal is to provide some highlights on projects or major achievements.

Unfortunately, there is not a lot of contributions to this section.
Remember that you can contribute by sending a patch to web@dpdk.org.

I think it is not good to keep an outdated news section.
So I propose two options:
1/ we update the news more frequently
2/ we remove this page
