A new DPDK release candidate is ready for testing:
	https://git.dpdk.org/dpdk/tag/?id=v18.08-rc3

It should be the last release candidate before the
release 18.08.0, next week.

In order to prepare the next cycle, the deprecation notices
must be reviewed, and the roadmap topics proposed on the mailing list.

Please test carefully this release candidate.
