Hi Shepard, John, Ed,
Thank you for the new PMD, it is great to see that DPDK coverage is
expanding.
Intention to share this PMD was already communicated in previous release
[1]. I hope PMD gets reviewed enough to be in this release.
And as a first thing, instead of one big patch, it helps a lot to get
reviewed if the patch split into smaller functional patches. There are
some good samples of it in the repo, or among the waiting PMDs..
