install/bin/dpdk-testpmd -n 4 -a 0000:08:00.0,dv_flow_en=0 -a
0000:08:00.1,dv_flow_en=0 --iova-mode="va" -- --mbcache=512 -i  --nb-cores=2


repro cmds:
testpmd>stop
testpmd>set portmask 0x3
testpmd>start
testpmd>set promisc all off
testpmd>start
testpmd>mac_addr add 0 00:16:3e:50:e4:8c
testpmd>mac_addr add 1 00:16:3e:50:d7:b6


Scapy packet to send (from an interface connected back-to-back) with probed
device


packet = Ether(dst='00:16:3e:50:e4:8c', src='0c:42:a1:58:ab:e4',
type=34525)/IPv6()/TCP()/Raw(load=100*b'ss')
