[Reproduced steps]:
1, Build dpdk

rm -rf x86_64-native-linuxapp-gcc/
CC=gcc meson -Dlibdir=lib  --default-library=static x86_64-native-linuxapp-gcc/
ninja -C x86_64-native-linuxapp-gcc/  

2, Bind qat vf device

./usertools/dpdk-devbind.py -b vfio-pci 0000:81:00.1

3, Run cryptodev_qat_asym_autotest 
./x86_64-native-linuxapp-gcc/app/test/dpdk-test -l 9,10 -a 0000:81:00.1
RTE>>cryptodev_qat_asym_autotest
