Hi Dave,
Some additional radeon fixes for 3.16. It's a bit bigger than usual
since I missed last week. Fixes for some system hangs, displays issues,
and some fallout from the new pageflipping changes.
The following changes since commit 0fcb70c30131aac40f62ba13f89963d5c13b48a7:
