[PATCH v2 24/25] gpu: nova-core: replace ARef<Device> with &'bound Device in SysmemFlush

Now that SysmemFlush is lifetime-parameterized, the ARef<Device> is
unnecessary -- a plain &'bound Device reference suffices.
