What did I missed in v1?
Sashiko flagged a preexisting WRITE_ONCE issue, I can fix that in
independent patch if you like.
Thomas suggested we s/DEFINE_WD_CLASS/DEFINE_WW_CLASS for dma-resv,
which I agree with but I believe that warrents a seperate patch with a
larger community discussion as this affects the entire kernel.
