I can't set memory state to 0 (300 MHz), it always stays at st=
ate 1 (2000 MHz).
If I set=20

echo "manual" > power_dpm_force_performance_level
echo 0 > pp_dpm_mclk

the memory clock stays at level 1, and I get kernel message:

[ 239.231304] amdgpu: [powerplay]=20
failed to send message 146 ret is 255=20
[ 239.995386] amdgpu: [powerplay]=20
failed to send pre message 201 ret is 255=20

The hardware is "SAPPHIRE NITRO+ Radeon RX 480 OC" and it might b=

Using Ubuntu 16.04.2 kernel 4.13-rc4.
