Dmesg krnel boot with dc_log enabled

Fedora kernel: 4.17.0-0.rc0.git7.2.fc29.x86_64 (pre -rc1)

Note: BIOS is in dGPU only mode, so i915 is disabled.

both VGA and the LCD (LVDS) panel remain turned off, no display is available.
