I suspect that in kernel 4.19 power limit decreased in 4 times on Vega GPU
I remember that earlier in the GPU bound scenarios all LED are shining. Now=
I
have never seen more than two LEDs shining at the same time even when GPU is
100% loaded (I see this by HUD monitoring)
I even forgot when I heard last time when turbine roared.

Unfortunately, I have nothing to compare I don't like use old kernels becau=

they have a lot of not fixed old bugs.
Has the performance changed in any specific applications?

15 FPS on high settings it's better that in previous game, but I am sure th=

Vega 64 can do 30FPS on more higher settings:

So we see that Vega has 981 MHz instead of possible 1500 MHz and power
consumption 76.0 W instead of 240 W.
I can only guess why GPU consumer qualities were reduced.
