Comment # 27 on bug 109206 from JerryD

I am following 7 serious bug reports on kernel, redhat, freedesktop bugzillas.
This one is by far the most critical when one can not boot the machine. I am
happy to try to test things. I am not set up to compile a kernel, but I can try
release candidates. If anyone sees something that might work, please let me
know.
