This version now works with latest mesa and I suspect it does not break anything else with other cards neither. Still could be cleaned up a bit by finding and changing which r300 code paths ask for VRAM and GTT domains together and changing code there, but this works so far. This change favors VRAM domain over GTT domain when both are provided. quickfix, working with 19.x mesa versions (tested: latest)

Added a proposed quickfix based on "possible fix" from Marek.

This version now works with latest mesa and I suspect it does not break
anything else with other cards neither. Still could be cleaned up a bit by
