3.Login with the Email: sadmin@oqbs.com and password:admin               
click on sign in
Click on question bank
Click on Bulk upload
 Select File type
Click on T/F
Enter Question Title
Select Subject
Select Chapter
Select difficulty level
Enter options
Enter explanation
click on save file
Select File Input
Click on approve
Click on publish
Click on upload
