According to Chris Wilson it works with 945GM. 2. Searching the Web, it works out of the box with a BenQ E2200HD with an Eee PC 701, which is the same CPU and GPU as the 701 4G but has more RAM (1 GB) and storagespace (8 GB), which should not matter. The question is, if the BenQ monitor announces that it accepts reduced blanking modes. 3. In the German speaking forum EEE-Forum, the user Chrysler reports the same problem as discussed here with a 32" Samsung monitor [3]. In the end they got it to work by overclocking the CPU from 630 MHz to 900 MHz. Comment # 28 on bug 26294 from
Some more information searching the Web and from #intel-gfx.

1. According to Chris Wilson it works with 945GM.

2. Searching the Web, it works out of the box with a BenQ E2200HD with an Eee
PC 701, which is the same CPU and GPU as the 701 4G but has more RAM (1 GB) and
storagespace (8 GB), which should not matter. The question is, if the BenQ
monitor announces that it accepts reduced blanking modes.

3. In the German speaking forum EEE-Forum, the user Chrysler reports the same
problem as discussed here with a 32" Samsung monitor [3]. In the end they got
it to work by overclocking the CPU from 630 MHz to 900 MHz.
