Subject: [Bug 27343] New: Gallium R300g - celestia's stars are missing with "OpenGL vertex program" rendering path
Date: Sat, 27 Mar 2010 06:54:33 -0700 (PDT)	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <bug-27343-502@http.bugs.freedesktop.org/> (raw)

http://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=27343

Summary: Gallium R300g - celestia's stars are missing with
                    "OpenGL vertex program" rendering path
           Product: Mesa
           Version: git
          Platform: x86 (IA32)
        OS/Version: Linux (All)
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Drivers/DRI/Radeon
        AssignedTo: dri-devel@lists.sourceforge.net
        ReportedBy: rankincj@googlemail.com

I am running celestia with a Radeon 9550 (RV350) and Gallium from git. When I
cycle through all celestia's different rendering path options with Ctrl-V, all
the stars disappear when I reach "OpenGL vertex program".

The stars are also missing with the "OpenGL 2.0" rendering path, as are all the
textures for planet Earth.
