Wysocki --- It looks like the ACPIPHP is not sufficient in your case, because it still tries to remove some devices in response to the event signaled after _DSM execution. We'll need some more debug info to figure out what is going on. Please remove the patches you have applied so far and apply this one instead: https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/3416861/ This contains the nouveau part already.
