Additionally vgaswitcheroo/switch remains at DynPwr whenever X is running, even
when nothing is using DRI_PRIME=1. This might be an issue specifically with
this card (I have a 7970M as well), as I've heard reports of users with earlier
generation cards (6xxxM) have seen vgaswitcheroo report DynOff when DRI_PRIME=1
is not set by any running application.
