This is currently what's in switcheroo in 3.13-rc2 with runpm=1
0:IGD:+:Pwr:0000:00:02.0
1:DIS: :DynPwr:0000:01:00.0
Which seems to have a reversed order - the system keeps powering up the radeon
card and powering down
