Radeon 8550g/8670m - doesn't get passed login screen with 3.17-rc3. At least in
rc1 I could get to the desktop but then it would almost immediately hang.
(distro: Ubuntu 14.04 standard + Gnome 3.2).
Works like a charm on kernel 3.14*
