* Tested with both kernel 3.16.1 and kernel 3.17rc3, with and without hyperz
* OpenGL renderer string: Gallium 0.4 on AMD PITCAIRN
* OpenGL core profile version string: 3.3 (Core Profile) Mesa 10.4.0-devel

I can reproduce the lockup with the trace:
