It disables hw semaphores for UVD1, but it's likely they were buggy on that early hw anyway. It shouldn't affect UVD functionality. It disables hw semaphores for UVD1, but it's likely they were buggy on that
early hw anyway.  It shouldn't affect UVD functionality.  The driver just uses
a different method for synchronizing between rings.
