The patch from Marek significantly reduces the number of artifacts in Dota 2, but it does not completely fix the issue and I still see a few artifacts per second. It seems that this bug and the Portal bug are related, but there is still an underlying bug somewhere. Hi Daniel, 

Thanks for the information. The patch from Marek significantly reduces the
number of artifacts in Dota 2, but it does not completely fix the issue and I
still see a few artifacts per second. It seems that this bug and the Portal bug
are related, but there is still an underlying bug somewhere.
