Yes. This should be pretty trivial to do.
Alternatively, it would probably be better to have an ldexp llvm intrinsic
(which would also have the corresponding ISD::FLDEXP). It seems bizarre tha=
t an
llvm intrinsic would ever be changed to something involving a library call.
