Subject: [Bug 96868] AMDGPU Tonga only does 2560x1440 at 120hz, switching to 144hz causes display errors, same thing used to happen with fglrx.

Those two commands will force only the mclk to high state, which should get rid
of the bug and for me the temperature difference then is negligible compared to
forcing both clocks to high.

echo "manual" > /sys/class/drm/card0/device/power_dpm_force_performance_level
echo "2" > /sys/class/drm/card0/device/pp_dpm_mclk
