panic_msg

Hi, 
I cannot restart or shutdown my PC since 26th or 27th sep. When I init
poweroff/restart always off with black screen, nothing happened.. I can only
press power or restart button.

When I start with radeon as second GPU, PC hangs on shutdown anyway but now i
can see on screen kernel panic msg. 


after reverted commit[1] everything works as before.

I've only tested with next-drm-4.9 & -wip
