It occurs to me that these comments are misleading -- for a write
operation, the fuse server needs to supply both a read and a write
mapping because iomap could decide to do a RMW operation (large folios,
sub-fsblock directio write).

For a read, the write mapping isn't going to be used, but the validation
code requires that the fuse server supply *something*, even if it's
FUSE_IOMAP_TYPE_PURE_OVERWRITE.
