I would appreciate some help resolving this issue!!!

Hi John,
it looks like some of your environment variables are misconfigured.
This could be $HOME or $HOMEDRIVE and $HOMEPATH or $USERPROFILE, that
points to a seemingly non-existent Directory:
"C:/Users/John Trites/AppData/Roaming/SPB_16.6/"
